It appears the tenth edition of IPL i.e. Vivo IPL 2017 will miss some power packed performances since both KL Rahul (Royal Challengers Bangalore) and Ravichandran Ashwin (Rising Pune Supergiants) were ruled out of the Indian Premier League 2017 due to their personal injuries, whereas Murali Vijay’s participation is still under the confusion. However, the good news comes for the Mumbai Indians with duo Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya both is being declared fit to play in the tenth season of the tournament.

The medical squad of BCCI released an update on the condition and availability of some star players who were beneath the injury cloud; whereas RCB coach Daniel Vettori validated the unavailability of KL Rahul due to a shoulder injury as he will be traveling for his therapeutic treatment. Consequently, AB de Villiers or Kedar Jadhav will have to take up the charge in absence of KL Rahul.

Rahul, who plays for RCB, sustained a knock on his left shoulder in the opening Test of the four-match series against Australia even though continued to contribute. He ended as India’s second-best run-acquirer with 393 runs, after Cheteshwar Pujara (405). Rahul’s injury comes as the subsequent major blow to RCB’s batting line-up as RCB skipper Virat Kohli also hinted that he might be out for few weeks due to a shoulder injury he suffered during the third Test in Ranchi.

In the meantime, Ashwin, who also apparently played the just finished series regardless of the sports hernia, had been recommend six to eight weeks of rehabilitation by the BCCI medical team, due to that he will not play the entire season. Ashwin’s nonappearance will come as a great dent for RPS as they have already lost Mitchell Marsh due to a shoulder injury. Apart from this Murli Vijay also needs surgery on his right wrist as well as will carry out treatment for his left shoulder, which may possibly rule him out for the whole season. Moreover, both Umesh Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja have been advised to take rest for two weeks to convalesce from their respective treatments. Whereas Jadeja is facing problems with the spinning finger, Umesh has lower back and right hip tenderness; as a result, they may miss a couple of games for their particular sides.

But the good news is for MI as both Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya have been cleared to be a part of upcoming IPL edition. Rohit will certainly look to come again in the Indian Team for the upcoming Champions Trophy by utilizing IPL as a perfect platform.

The tenth edition of the event begins on April 5 amid Sunrisers Hyderabad and RCB, with AB de Villiers definite to escort the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad in the absence of Virat Kohli. Yet, RCB will be anxious about his fitness because the South African wicket-keeper batsman dragged out of the Momentum One Day Cup final subsequent to a back niggles.
